Manage Credit Card

Self-Serve (Credit Card) Management 


Managing your dmarcian subscription and/or updating your credit card information on file can easily be accessed by following these steps: 


  1. Login to your dmarcian subscription (Choose the appropriate Region: Americas, Canada, APAC, Australia, Europe/Africa, or Japan) 
  2. Click on the figure icon (in some cases this will appear as a username)


  1. Click on Billing & Usage 


  1. Under Subscription & Billing, scroll down to ‘Manage your account’ 

  • Note: If this button is not visible, your account may be 1) expired, 2) Personal plan, or 3) the account could be out of data allotment where our application will require you to choose a paid account (Basic, Plus, or Enterprise). If you run into this issue and require support, contact billing@dmarcian.com 

  1. Once you access 'Manage your account', select "Payment Methods" to change the credit card associated with your account.

    • Select the right arrow in the plan description box to 'Edit Subscription' or 'Cancel Subscription'.
      • In that view, select 'Edit Subscription' if you would like to change your plan type or add a coupon.

  • This feature also applies for credit cards that have expired or if your credit card is about to expire. 

Note: 

    1. If you are out of plan tier allotment and have been instructed by a dmarcian representative to upgrade your account, choose Change subscription.
    2. If you no longer wish to be subscribed, choose Cancel subscription.
