Cancel or Delete account

If you would like to remove your organization's account at dmarcian, you will need to take the following steps:


a) change the DMARC reporting on your domains' DNS records to send that data elsewhere.

b) If you are a current paid subscriber, you will need to use the "Billing & Usages" configuration to cancel that, first. Alternatively here (particularly if you are a manually billed customer), contact billing@dmarcian.com with your service cancellation request.

c) use the "Delete Account" functionality at the bottom of your "Preferences" page. If you do not see that option, the most likely cause is that you are not authorized to take that action on the account.


If you are unable to complete the above steps, please contact support@dmarcian.com to explain the problem. Note that you must email support from the account owner's email address, and communication on this topic must only be to that address.
