Messages still going to spam

If your DMARC compliance as reported in the Detail Viewer is looking good, but you have concerns about your traffic still being sent to spam folders at recipient endpoints, you may need to look at your message content.

Messages that pass DMARC authentication can still be judged to be spam, if the content is flagged by other assessment mechanisms at the receiving end.  No amount of correct authentication can fix this.  One approach you could take: work with support at an environment where messages are being flagged as spam, to gain an understanding of what needs to change.
