Change account owner
Changing the account owner: 3 approaches to do this.
- Easiest would be if you already have access to log in as the current owner (or have that person around still), and can change the owner from within Preferences.
- If you have access to the mailbox for the current owner, such as if that person is no longer at the company, you can issue a password reset so that you can gain access to the account, then see step (1)
- The final option requires manual intercession by dmarcian. Contact Support and we will require you to perform a specific DNS update to prove that you have control over the domains listed in the account; after verifying that change we will manually update the user for you.
