Add user

For customers on plans with an allowance for multiple users, there are "Manage Users" and "Access Control" capabilities.  If those do not appear for you, there are two possibilities:

  1. you are a user within an account with multiple users, but do not have permission to access that capability.  Contact an administrator of the dmarcian account within your organization; dmarcian support will not add extra users on your behalf
  2. you are using a plan without allowance for multiple users; additional cannot be added without upgrading the subscribed tier. If you choose to change your existing user to an alias or other group mailbox to get around this, there are two considerations: 
    1. please make certain that it does not autorespond (e.g. a ticketing system)
    2. for purposes of contacting dmarcian support, you must be able to author messages from the new address
